Government have constituted the Company, Kerala Social Security Pension Limited by G.O.(Ms)No.232/2018/Fin Dated 26.06.2018 under Finance Department, GoK as an SPV for the distribution of Social Security and Welfare Fund Board pensions on behalf of Government of Kerala.Hon’ble Finance Minister, Government of Kerala is the Chairman and Secretary, Finance Department is the Managing Director of the Company.
